The Superior Court of Orange County offers several options to assist the public in completing court forms:

• Local Court Forms/Packets
• Judicial Council and the Administrative Office of the Courts forms
• I-CAN! - allows you to easily enter information about your case by responding to simple, user-friendly questions, from which properly formatted forms and pleadings will print.
• EZLegal File - an interactive program that will help you fill out the forms necessary to request or respond to Family Law, Guardianship, Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer legal matters.
